Welcome, Friend!
I am a pastor, spiritual director, college chaplain, deep listener, writer, retreat leader, contemplative, intuitive, healer and preacher and at my most alive I am a bright soul. Discovering light in myself and on my path, and helping others find the same. I believe in kind religion, spiritual seeking, and the guiding presence of the Holy in everyday life. I am also a Midwestern gal living on the Connecticut shoreline, 10 minutes from the beach.

What is Spiritual Direction?
At its heart, spiritual direction is a practice of deep listening to the guiding presence and rhythms of the sacred in your life. It assumes you have innate wisdom and a natural capacity to hear what your life and your spirit are speaking.
In a typical session, you might share what’s going on in your life, its struggles and joys. We may linger over moments of clarity and insight, discover spiritual practices that nourish you, and take time for pauses and prayers.
It is a time that is yours both to shape and to receive. I am present to witness, listen, and ask gentle questions.
