I am a spiritual leader dedicated to the unfolding of individuals and human consciousness. Whether it's through the deep listening of spiritual direction, the safe spaces I create in retreat settings, the uplifting sermons I preach, or the gentle energy work I practice, my hope is for each person I meet to blossom and bloom, to heal and recover, to find their joy, passion and purpose.

We need each other on our human journeys, especially when the path is unclear. I offer a spirit of open-minded hospitality, deep insight, and, of course, my own bright soul.

I am ordained in the United Church of Christ (UCC), a liberal Protestant denomination. Having served churches for many years, my main gig now is to provide spiritual presence to college students. I am pleased to call southeast Connecticut my home, where I live with my adorable and queenly (bossy) dog, Esther.
